Now that you have made the decision to purchase your new home, Virginia Real Estate Settlement Services, L.L.C.. would like to inform you of the many closing services we provide to home buyers. Realizing this process can be a challenge, we can provide you with the expertise and knowledge to ensure a successful real estate transaction.

Once you have an executed agreement for your new property, you will need to schedule a closing date, obtain an owner's policy of title insurance and a lender's policy of title. In addition to your title insurance, we can help you with all of the other paperwork that you will need for a successful closing. This includes ordering title insurance, ordering the survey and ordering the deed from the seller's attorney and coordinating with the mortgage lender and homeowner's/hazard insurance agent and preparing the HUD1 settlement statement. Plus, we will schedule your closing with you at a time that is convenient for you.
